Came when he said he would. Cut out the roots blocking the drain pipe. Left the area cleaner then when he arrived. Polite, professional, and competent. Easy to deal with, did what they said they would when they said they would.

A-Rescue-Rooter came two days earlier then estimated and did a magnificent job of thawing my main water supply. No mess, very professional, and they didn't give up even though the source of the frozen plug was traced all the way back to the street. Two 'thumbs up' for three good guys.

We called Roto-Rooter® when the washing machine faucet snapped off. We were unhooking it to get ready for our new machine. We had water pouring into the basement. The only name I knew off hand was to yell to my wife to call 411 and get them. She called them and they were so busy they actually called A Rescue Rooter for us. A Rescue Rooter came out within the hour to put on a new faucet for us so that our delivery could be hooked up in the morning. Luckily I figured out where the shut off valve was before they got there so our whole basement wasn't flooded. This is also a thanks to their competitor for helping us out as well. If they had no one to come and didn't call A Rescue Rooter, I wouldn't have known who else to call at the hour of the night we called.

I had a major sewer backup in my basement and I didn't know what to do. I contacted various companies and told them the situation, never could get a definitive answer from anyone until I called A Rescue Rooter. A Rescue Rooter was the only one to send someone out right away. Within the hour, a gentleman showed up, was extremely polite and courteous, reassured me and respected my home and then resolved the issue quickly and professionally. I definitely recommend this company.

We have just finished having our back water valve done by Rescue Rooter. They did a great job from start to finish. Tony, Dave, and Frankie came in first to put in the actual back water valve in the floor. They were all very professional and very neat. They covered the floors where they were coming in and out of the house and working. They kept me informed of what was being done and what follow up was going to be done. They were great and left no mess behind inside or out of the house. Roger came in today to do the follow up scoping and video needed for the city and was just as good. When he found areas of the sewer that need repair, that are located on city property, he marked the locations outside, called in Tony to see what was going on, and they gave us the information needed to have the city come to repair these areas. I have dealt with other sewer repair companies in the city in the past, but won't go back to them. You couldn't ask for a better company to deal with! Way to go!!!

These guys were very professional and helpful. They made sure to lay down tarps as to not ruin the carpet in the area. They also took the time to explain the problem and how it was fixed. I will never use another plumber, these guys are awesome!
